RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please ensure you purchase carefully, we unfortunately do not offer a return or refund on change of mind on any item purchased at Sabi Klein Art including limited edition prints, original paintings or custom commissions.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We do our very best to make sure all products are packed very safely, however on occasion items may arrive damaged during transit. If your print or painting arrives damaged in any way (to the frame or artwork), please contact us within 24 hours so we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.
You will need to provide photos of the box as it arrived, and photos of the damage so assessment can be made for the best way to move forward. If possible please keep the packaging as proof of damage or in case the item needs to be returned for rectification.
